Training Opportunities
The Stice Lab offers professional training on The Body Project for a wide range of audiences, including psychologists, nurses, social workers, school counselors, and educators. Our workshops are flexible and can be tailored to the specific needs of your organization, school district, or clinical team — whether that’s a focused two-hour introduction or a more in-depth six-hour session. Trainings typically cover the theoretical background of the program, practical facilitation skills, and strategies for implementing The Body Project in your specific setting.
For organizations that require it, our training can also be structured to satisfy continuing education requirements. We have experience delivering presentations that qualify for continuing education credits across a range of professional fields, and we can work with you to ensure the content and format align with your credentialing needs. That said, attending a training is valuable regardless of whether you need formal credit — the goal is simply to equip more facilitators with the tools to bring The Body Project to their communities.
If you are interested in arranging a training for your team or would like to learn more about what we offer, please reach out to us through the Contact Us page. We look forward to hearing from you.
